Meeting Attendance

When you make a reservation for a dinner meeting please make every attempt at attending the meeting or canceling at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you do not cancel in time and are a no show, the Calumet Section still has to pay for your plate. For this reason we will be instituting and enforcing a policy of billing no shows for the dinner cost. IEEE and ISPE are both volunteer organizations and as volunteer organizations losing money at dinner meetings due to no shows is not budgeted. We appreciate your responsibility in observing this new meeting policy.

Volunteers Needed

The Calumet Chapter is always looking for volunteers. New people bring a new viewpoint to the Board. Fresh ideas are always a good thing. The Board has a few committee positions available.

A position on the Board of Directors is a rewarding experience. The average Board Member only spends a few hours a month doing ISPE activities.

Other than the Officer positions we are always looking for people who would be willing to volunteer as a member of a committee. Committees depend on numerous volunteers.

Please do not assume everything is done and your help is not needed. Volunteer today!
